Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is sent. You'll receive a separate notification once your order ships.

During major sale events or holidays, processing may take an extra 1–2 days due to volume.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery windows are:

  • New Zealand: 6–10 business days
  • Australia: 7–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–10 business days
  • United States: 8–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8–12 business days
  • All Other International: 10–15 business days

These are estimates from our shipping partners. Actual delivery times can vary based on your location, customs clearance, local postal service operations, and carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping During Sale Events

During peak periods, major sales, or national holidays, please allow up to 20 business days to receive your order due to higher volume and slower carrier networks.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking to update after the shipping email arrives.

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at grace@thedailydevoted.com and we'll help you out.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over $30 (after discounts, before taxes).

Orders under $30 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on location and courier rates.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at grace@thedailydevoted.com. If your order has already been packed or shipped, we're unable to make changes.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal at the destination
  • Failure to collect from the local post office

…we'll reach out to you. You may choose to have the package resent; however, a reshipping fee will apply.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for packages returned due to customer address errors.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The Daily Devoted is not responsible for covering or reimbursing customs-related fees.

If a package is refused due to customs fees, no refund will be issued.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is accepted by the carrier, delivery becomes the carrier's responsibility.

If tracking shows "Delivered," the package is considered successfully delivered and our fulfillment is complete.

The Daily Devoted is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Packages stolen after delivery
  • Packages delayed due to customs or local postal disruptions

We're happy to help file a carrier investigation, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.

If your package appears lost in transit or is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, email us at grace@thedailydevoted.com and we'll investigate with the courier.
